We have finally created and adapted a set of rules and game mechanics that will allow us to fully evaluate each player's contribution to the game. Some things will probably still change and be fine-tuned, but overall this is really great. It will now allow us to create rankings and understand who plays better and who plays worse. And for players, what matters now is that they can be confident their performance is always evaluated fairly - not based on the host's opinion, not based on any bias, but based on their actual contribution to each game. :)
